Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and certification (if applicable).
- You must notify us within the 7-day window to initiate the return process.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a free return and full refund or replacement. Please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom, made-to-order, or resized pieces are **final sale**.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage, or missing original packaging, will not be accepted.
